What goes on in Colorado stays in Colorado...

We had a great rest of the week in Colorado and spent a lot of time outside at the park and on the trails. Megan and I made it home safely and had a good flight home. I was a little nervous since it was just her and I and the airport is so busy with all of the summer vacation travelers. We did it and Megan was a good flyer. My favorite part was when we got on the plane I put her in the middle seat(good plan so no-one would want to sit by us). Well of course the aisle seat would be taken. Well, it turns out this guy in his mid 30's who had not been on vacation in over seven years sat in the lucky seat. He was so sweet to Megan and she thought he wanted to chat with her and become her new friend. He was covered in tattoos, in which Megan pointed to and said "pictures"! He was a good sport and when he was done talking to Megan he would put his earphones on & so would she and watch her movies. 

Megan now had 2 doggies! We decided to upgrade to a pink one since her old one was getting rusted and full of nasty lake water and was not rolling as well. So far since we have been home she is fine with just one, the old one we left to go to the doggie farm!!

Let me give you a background on the club. My parents retired neighbor who lives across the street(We refer to her as the Major of the court) has two dogs Mags and Jake. Well it seems twice a day the neighborhood dogs and owners meet at her yard and discuss the latest neighborhood gossip. (it drives my dad nuts). Well Megan became an honorary member for the week. She loved all the dogs and had to walk hers over as well. The last day we were there I had my camera ready for a group shot and the mtg had been moved to the local bar, so we missed out.

Yes, swimming suits & clothing were optional on my parents patio. We are relearning this week that we do not take our diaper off when we go swimming.

 Also the highchair was in the family room where she got to choose a show to watch while she ate. (I wasn't a big fan at first, but she did start to use utensils and ate so much more.)
