This morning we headed out to the Denver Zoo. What a great zoo. I highly recommend it. We saw so many animals and also got to get so close to them. The greatest part is that Megan could see most of the animals from her stroller, the fences were built just perfect for her to see. Megan loves her animals so this was a treat for her. I think she is overwhelmed on how many animals she knows and saw today.(Just to name a few....kangaroos, tigers, cheetahs, gorillas, camels, tigers, sea lions, elephants, flamingos, sheep, goats, bears, hippos and of course many different kinds of monkeys.)

The serious face that she had as she would check out each animal & who doesn't love some animal cookies while strolling the zoo? We are on an animal cookie kick & hey it is a great snack to keep her in the stroller longer.
Megan's favorite...the Monkeys.
That is all she wants to see when you mention the word zoo. We ended up visiting the monkeys twice, b/c we had to say bye bye to them at the end. Funny comment about this monkey is she is watching all the monkeys run around and swing and when she saw this one climb up the tree she says "careful". Hey at least she knows what it means, even the monkeys need to be careful.
