This Day I will marry my friend, the one I laugh with, live for and dream with love.....

Pricing Party Friday night! Megan loves bathing in Gigi's bathtub and had some extra helpers tonight. Everyone had a big time and soaked the kitchen floor!
Megan got super clean. They decided to scrub her with the kitchen sponges. Whatever works they were having fun. Lukes comment, " One day my legs will be as big as Megans!"
Taryn taking a break on Saturday. Lukes response to the sign, " I would never sell my sister for only a $1. She is worth more!" so sweet!
Luke's bake sale. He was so good at organizing his table and helping custumers. He took very few breaks and made lots of money.

Mark and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary on Saturday. We both have such great memories of our wedding, especially being with all of our family and friends.  This weekend we celebrated in style. Saturday was the annual Horne now McGaugh garage sale.  According to Mark we have been doing it too long when we recognize "regular garage sale customers." We have the organization and pricing down to a tee. We put this one together in no time. This was really the only free Saturday for a long time, so we had our big sale on Saturday morning from
7a.m.-12p.m.Gigi's house is always the location-due to the screened in porch and location for a lot of customers. Then we always like to add a little something to each sale. This year we had Megan's cousins Luke and Taryn's help. Gigi and Grandad are taking care of them for 9 days while their parents are cruising. The kids had a great time and Megan enjoyed her first garage sale. People watching, oh it is quite a sight at times.  Mark of course wants NOTHING to do with them, so he went riding He would rather take everything to Goodwill. His only job is to haul the leftovers to Goodwill and complains each time, "this is the last year for this crap!" . We did pretty well, but made the least amount of money in 4 years....$285.10. I am not sure, if Luke's lemonade stand took away from sales, but everyone had a good time. People aren't buying the bigger items, they want small stuff. It was a lot of fun and really wasn't that much work.  We cleaned up and had the leftovers to Goodwill by 2:30p.m. We have a great organized team.  We all came home and had a celebration dinner, Mark cooked steaks!
