Today our Sunday school class from church had our rescheduled Easter egg hunt. What a beautiful Good Friday it was. Meg was so excited and was raring to go. We picked up the twins on the way, b/c we knew they would have so much fun as well. Wyatt stayed home with Mark, finishing up some much needed yard work. The kids all got a few eggs and then we sat down to eat our findings. They were pretty disappointed that the egg hunt didn't last for hours! There were a TON of kids, but we all managed to stick together. I had all three on my own!!! Again they all were so good & really hang well together. When we were on our way out, we discovered more eggs out front and just a few kids and LOTS of unattended baskets. Glad we were gone before everyone came back out front to get their baskets. It was all messed up!! Well, let's just say these 3 kiddos were in candy heaven! Open, eat, open eat and then they would check out the loot and if they didn't like it either close the egg or leave it on the grass. I had to cut all three of them off!! It was quite entertaining and they loved piling up those big baskets. Then it was home with three sugar high two year olds. Megan LOVES her an Easter egg hunt. She told me tonight before she went to bed to let the Easter bunny know we needed some more gummies and candy!!! I think we may be doing Easter egg hunts everyday until July 4th!!
