Monday evening we took Megan out to meet cousin Alley. We had no idea how she would react. She did really well and warmed up to baby Alley. Careful is a new word we are working on, but don't really understand the meaning yet, but she did execute a little bit of carefulness on her hospital visit. Her biggest problem was not being able to get in bed with Becca and for Becca to hold her. She would walk around and then go stand by the bed or hold her hands out and say "up", it was very sweet, but she just couldn't get the concept of no not right now. She was OK with someone holding her to show her Alley, but didn't want to get real close. It was a great visit and Megan did great and enjoyed meeting her baby cousin for the first time. Megan looks so big around baby Alley, Megan is not a little baby anymore. Mark kept saying, "Was Megan ever that small?" How quickly they grow up!!! Megan is excited to have another cousin. In fact this morning we were headed into the Y and she said "friends and then paused....Alley?"She was ready to play with Alley. Megan it won't be long.
Mark showing Megan Alley for the first time.
Look at Megan concentrating on Becca. She wants in her arms as well. Instead she helped Becca eat some of her dinner.
Uncle Ben and Jeremy with their nieces. Megan is ok with Baby Alley, but doesn't touch her yet!!
Since Becca was eating, Megan decided to have a dinner picnic of her own on the floor.
