The Horne family gathered for a late Easter lunch. The whole gang, cousins, aunts and all of the second cousins as well. Megan got to participate in her first Easter egg hunt. We had no idea how she would do. Well, the youngest cousin got to start first and that would be Megan! She had her basket in hand and headed out into the grass and started picking up eggs and putting them in her basket, like she was an ole pro. She had a blast. Then afterwards she was right up there with the big kids waiting for her prize. She didn't find the golden egg this year, but I have no doubt she will be fighting for it next year!! The weather was just perfect and all the kiddos enjoyed a great afternoon outside running around.

End of the day and Megan wanted a small ball to make her happy, so we gave it to her, in hopes of a smile, instead she tried to see if she could shove it in her mouth. Oh, the joys of trying to get a family photo. What you see is what you get!!
